Read Before Hire Cab…..!!

Highlights

• After completion of Destination per kilometer charge will be applicable.
• Fare includes One Pickup & Drop within City Limits, 45 mins Break per 5hrs, Vehicle & Fuel charges.
• Parking & Airport Charges will be extra and to be paid to driver wherever applicable.
• Waiting Charge: INR 150 per hour after 30 Minutes, Night Charge (applicable between 9PM to 5 AM only): INR 500
• In case you are carrying your pet Along INR 1000 Extra Charges
• AC Will remain switched off in Hilly Areas
• For Sedan maximum sitting capacity is 4 and number of Bags allowed 3
• For Hatchback maximum sitting capacity is 4 and number of Bags allowed 2
• For SUV maximum sitting capacity is 6 and number of Bags allowed 4
• Rs 15/km for sedan for extra kms
• Rs 14/km for hatchback for extra kms
• Rs 18/km for suv for extra kms.
• All the Tolls and State taxes excluded.

Cancellation policy

• If cancelled before 12 hours from the journey time, no retention applicable (Free Cancellation).
• If cancelled within 12 hours of time from the journey time, 100 % retention applicable (no refund).
• DOON TRAVEL  will not be held responsible for any cancellation or delay of service in case of any natural calamity, agitation or strike, traffic jam or road blockage, etc.
• DOON TRAVEL reserves the right to cancel or change the booking of a vehicle at any point.
• Any modifications / amendments to the booking are not allowed In the event of cancellation of a cab trip, DOON TRAVEL’s liability will be limited only to the extent of refunding the sum paid by the
• passenger for the price of the e-ticket.
• If you want to cancel your cab bookings, then you need to place a cancellation request at bookdoontravel@gmail.com . Please note that it will be cancelled immediately and a refund will be processed as per the cancellation policy.

Important Information

• Extra kilometers
  Once you exceed your kms limits, you will be charged extra kms as applicable.
• Cab type
  The booking will be for cab type HATCHBACK,SUV or SEDAN and we do not commit on providing any preferred cab model (Indica, Swift or similar).
• Cab details
  The cab details will be shared within 2 hours before the journey time.
• Hilly areas
  Car air-conditioner will not be working in hilly routes & also when the vehicle is not in motion.
• Waiting and night charges
  Driver shall wait for 30 minutes at pickup location. Post that, your cab will be cancelled without making any refund. Based on the mutual understanding of the customer and driver, the waiting charges would be levied INR 150 per hour.
  Additional night charge will be applicable, Post 9 PM to 5 AM(Rs 250/night).These charges should be directly paid to the driver.
• Other charges
  You need to pay toll tax, state tax or other similar taxes directly to the driver if not mentioned in Inclusions/Highlight
• Baggage policy
  For Sedan maximum sitting capacity is 4 and number of Bags allowed 3.
  For SUV maximum sitting capacity is 6 and number of Bags allowed 4.
  For Hatchback maximum sitting capacity is 4 and number of Bags allowed 2.

Additional information

• Cab will be provided on the basis of availability.
• We do not commit on particular fuel type vehicle like Petrol, Diesel or CNG.
• Due to traffic or any other unavoidable reason, pickup may be delayed by 30 mins.
• You are solely responsible for managing your own travel schedule. Ease My Trip will not be liable for any compensation if you happen to miss your scheduled flight, train or bus due to delay
• pickup, traffic jam or delay due to any other reason during the trip.
• Distance will be calculated from point to point.
• In case of partial payment, the balance payment of trip needs to be paid in advance at the time of pick-up.
• You need to collect the receipts from driver for any toll tax, state tax, night charges or extra km paid directly to the driver during the trip. EMT is not liable to provide invoices for such amount.
• Any grievances or claims related to the cab travel should be reported to DOON TRAVEL within 48 hours of travel time.
